On the Small Side 2026 Entry Form
INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER:
Download the Entry Form by clicking the above link
Either fill in by hand or use an Adobbe Editor if available.
If filled in manually you will need to scan the filled in form and save it to your local device. A photo of a completed entry form is acceptable as long as the details are legible.
Once the form is filled in and saved, either
i) Email the form as an attachment to the Art Gallery’s email addrress cassinoartgallery@gmail.com (preferred)
OR
ii) Use AusPost to mail the hard copy to Cassino Art Gallery, 148 Barker St CASINO NSW 2470
Please note that the artwork must be delivered in person to the Gallery. Contact the Gallery if alternative arrangements are required. If you have any questions at all we would be pleased to answer them (contact details are in the below posters).
